Purchase Policy

By placing an order with Ady Balloons Detail LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment

  • A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to secure your event date.
  • Event dates are not reserved until the required payment has been received.
  • The remaining balance must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice.
  • Orders placed on short notice may require full payment at the time of booking.

Custom Designs

  • All balloon décor and arrangements are custom-designed based on the client's selected colors, theme, and event requirements.
  • Slight variations in colors, balloon brands, or materials may occur due to product availability.
  • Ady Balloons Detail LLC reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value when necessary while maintaining the overall design concept.

Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery and installation fees are calculated based on location, setup requirements, and event logistics.
  • The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including venue address, access instructions, and setup times.
  • Delays caused by venue restrictions, lack of access, or inaccurate information may result in additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide a safe and accessible setup area.
  • Ensure venue permissions have been obtained when required.
  • Protect balloon décor from excessive heat, sharp objects, weather conditions, and improper handling.
  • Supervise children around balloon installations.

Balloon Care

Balloons are temporary decorative items and their lifespan may vary depending on:

  • Temperature
  • Humidity
  • Sun exposure
  • Wind conditions
  • Handling after delivery

Ady Balloons Detail LLC cannot guarantee float times or appearance once the décor has been delivered and accepted by the client.

Outdoor Installations

Outdoor balloon décor is installed at the client's risk.

While we use professional techniques and high-quality materials, weather conditions can significantly affect balloon performance. No refunds or replacements will be provided for weather-related damage.

Photo Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Ady Balloons Detail LLC reserves the right to photograph completed work and use images for marketing, social media, website content, advertising, and portfolio purposes.

Order Changes

  • Changes requested after booking are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply for design modifications, upgrades, or added services.
  • Major changes requested within 7 days of the event may not be accommodated.

Acceptance of Terms

Payment of an invoice, deposit, or booking fee constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
