Refund & Satisfaction Policy

At Ady Balloons Detail LLC, our goal is to provide exceptional service and beautiful balloon designs for every celebration.

Because all balloon décor and arrangements are custom-made and created specifically for each client and event, we do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered, installed, or picked up.

Our Quality Guarantee

✅ Delivery & Installation Quality Assurance
All balloon arrangements and décor are carefully inspected before delivery or installation to ensure they meet our quality standards.

✅ Immediate Corrections
If there is an issue related to the installation or products provided by Ady Balloons Detail LLC, please notify us immediately upon delivery or installation so we can make every reasonable effort to correct it.

✅ Defective Product Replacement
If a balloon experiences a manufacturing defect within the first 24 hours of delivery (for indoor events and under normal conditions), we will evaluate the situation and, when applicable, replace the affected item(s) at no additional charge.

This Guarantee Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by weather conditions, including heat, wind, rain, or humidity.
  • Exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
  • Improper handling, transportation, or storage after delivery.
  • Damage caused by children, pets, guests, or third parties.
  • Changes of mind after the design, colors, or order details have been approved.

Cancellations

  • Más de 21 días antes del evento: los pagos realizados pueden ser reembolsados, excluyendo el anticipo no reembolsable.
  • Entre 12 y 15 días antes del evento: se puede reembolsar hasta el 50% del saldo pagado.
  • Menos de 10 días antes del evento: no se emitirán reembolsos debido a materiales adquiridos, tiempo de producción ni reserva de fecha.

Non-Refundable Retainer

A retainer is required to secure your event date and is non-refundable, as it reserves production time, scheduling, and event availability.
